@SuprSquirrel The town i live outside of is 9k and everyone surrounding me has internet lol but my dirt road has no lines going down it ... always had terrible service with xplornet and its way overpriced so im excited to try this

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Technically I did too, I just kept trying locations closer and closer to the city until it let me actually order instead of just the deposit and pre-order. Worst case it doesn't work and I just return it and wait for my pre-order to ship.

@m3t4lw01f Hah, I’ll let you be the guinea pig and find out how broadly they interpret the service location. My connection with xplornet is more stable than most people’s. I mean, it still sucks, can’t game on it. But I do get exercise running to the basement to power cycle it.

@aar0nsadler @dennydenny1020 You will miss calling Xplornet for troubleshooting help. Xplornet - “unplug your router for 30 seconds.......how is it now?” Customer- No change still terrible. Xplornet- Well than it’s because of the weather. Have a nice day!

@dennydenny1020 I just ordered too. I was just thinking before we moved out here I was still paying $99/mo for gigabit fibre service in Ontario. I won’t complain though, still gonna be better than Xplornet or Sasktel

@Xplornet Not for long. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid them at all costs. However, farmers and everybody else who's stuck with xplornet, there's an alternative coming soon. Hit them where xplorne cares, their pocketbook. #Starlink #cancelxplornet

@woody_VA Same here. Many of my neighbours have already left Bell's old copper. 😐 I have someone coming out this week to see if I have line-of-sight to get Xplornet's LTE service. Download speeds advertised as "up to 50 Mbps" and some neighbours are currently getting that. 🤞
