@Xplornet Just another day in Picton without internet. Same old same old with Xplornet,- expensive, slow and unreliable. While there are few options in the County, you could be the worst!

@Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.

@rkhazzam @Xplornet @SpaceX It’s magical. Setting aside technical performance (poor), xplornet has, in my estimation, the worst customer service offering I have ever experienced from any company in my life. Starlink - so far so good. Lightning fast at the outset. And works.

@jstadtke1 @Xplornet Starting day 9 w-out service. Upgraded my data plan for $15 mo. x 12 = $180 as daily charges too high. Don’t know yet Mom’s costs. Drove fr friend’s w/ wifi ( 4 work) to receive 8:15 - 8:30 call re: 2nd repair time. Came @ 9. Should’ve been fixed the 1st time! Unacceptable!

@gbeldam @Xplornet We are on @Xplornet at our cottage and honestly the second I get my Starlink dish and service set up I’m cancelling the crap xplornet service and never looking back.
