Dear @Xplornet. I don’t know what to do anymore. We pay $200 /month for the absolute worst internet. I just tried to call you because we’ve had days of borderline unusable internet and got a busy signal 🤷🏻 Maybe Ma @BellAliant would consider running wires out?!

Thank You @Xplornet for the amazing service. Everything I have tried to do in last 15 minutes is, YOUR CONNECTION IS UNSTABLE, Unable to connect, there seems to be a problem with your internet. All I’m asking for is the few Mbps you promised. I’m not greedy. #ruralinternetsucks

@harrbca @Xplornet @APLenehan The best is when it decides to start panel hopping and you get ok Internet for five minutes, nothing for 30, really slow for five more... Rinse, repeat. Then you lock the cell but 20 minutes later that cell goes offline or otherwise shits the bed. Xplornet is the best. Lol.

Anyone around central Alberta use an internet service that’s not Shaw, or Telus? I use @Xplornet right now but the service, and customer service, has been just terrible overall. I don’t love using big brands.

@OneTheyCallSpud @thestadialife It also doesn't work if your ISP is @Xplornet. This is *clearly* Google's fault!

@Xplornet Since morning no signal in my area. You are not informing your customers for service outages, this is unfair and you not worth the payment you recieved.

@Xplornet has panel hopped all afternoon into this evening. Flipping between what I would consider "non-existent" and "connected at slower than dial up", with minutes of downtime between hops. I've locked to the "best" cell now and it's still very slow, but at least connected.
