@Xplornet your internet is so bad that half of the day I would just go eat food because I couldn't use the internet

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported
@harrbca @Xplornet I haven't been able to connect to the tower since last night. I see it connect, the status changes to 'network entry' on the cell I usually connect to, and then it disconnects and loops. When it's trying to enter the network the signal numbers are what they usually are.

@Xplornet @KT_Koop @Xplornet, stop saying "you're sorry", because clearly you are not. You are just an abuser who apologises afterwards, but has no intention of stopping. Your greed is too big. You are NOT too big to fail. Come Clean. Beg for forgiveness from Canadians. #YourDaysAreNumbered

@GerardCooke8 @Xplornet They have no intention of fixing it. They are merely pretending to troubleshoot...one of the items they need to show for all the CCTS complaints against them is that they "provided troubleshooting support"...it's all smoke ad mirrors so they can get away with it. We're not stupid

@harrbca @Xplornet I finally filed a CCTS complaint last night. Their complete failure to meet even half of their advertised speeds coupled with these outages finally pushed me over the edge.

Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported
@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Yeah, mine did that a few weeks ago for a couple of days. Honestly, mine hasn't been the same since. I used to hit 25mbps and sometimes better. But since then, 10 to 14 is all I can manage. Will also have an outage every couple of days that is sometimes fixed by restarting.

@Xplornet @DTimchishen Stop LYING. You are not sorry. "Sorry" suggests you will stop doing what you've been doing that caused harm. You have no intention of stopping until perhaps #starlink puts you out of business. Come Clean. Fix your issues. Beg for forgiveness. #YourDaysAreNumbered

@Xplornet I have many times with no fix that works. Tonight I have less then 1

@Xplornet @penny_hainer @Xplornet, you sure like to say "you're sorry", but you don't ever seem to try to stop abusing your customers. I'm not sure you know what "sorry" really means... Your "Customers" are doing everything they can to let others know how bad it is. That should tell you something.

@Xplornet @DTimchishen @Xplornet. STOP THE LYING. You do not, and will not provide your customers with what you are saying you will. That is FACT. Start apologising and actually providing the service you charge for before it's too late. Your GREED is going to be your downfall. #YourDaysAreNumbered
