Hi @Xplornet. Could someone please give an update on your outage? I’m relying on your service to do schoolwork. Currently without service for 2+ hours and your help line hung up on me after an hour on hold.

@oskypanny @MC_ALaCampagne @Xplornet I’m sure they are doing everything they can. I can count on one hand the times I had outages. Would help to have an outages map on their site, with a description and ETA, just like Hydro-Quebec has. Would limit the number of support calls

@ClarenceHouse >> @Xplornet is using a system that uses telephone agent parlance and no COVID express disclaimer nor warning for high call volume? How do we call the police detachment if the calls are patched by #iPhone bridge to #WiFi and there is a new signal boost antenna?

Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing much issues with the internet.
