@Xplornet This is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. I’m getting 900-1000 ping with not even 1mb a second download speed. This also ends up being the most expensive internet provider. It’s very ironic because it’s horrible. FIX IT.

@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.

Still so happy about a month into my @SpaceXStarlink service! Unhooked my Xplornet modem today and probably going to cancel in January. Expectations have been exceeded so far with the new service. Thanks @SpaceX for fixing a big issue!!!
