    We've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    @BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)

    I'm currently using my kid's phone as a hotspot just so I can try an get this dealt with. Beyond frustrating. It doesn't *actually* count as 24-7 support if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. @xplore_ca - what happened!?
