edward soosay (@haywiredguy) reported@Xplornet is the absolute worst internet provider! I have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for them to tell me they don't know why my speeds are slow. I'm assuming but still. Terrible customer service, terrible internet service, terrible company all over!

My net has been out for 12+ hrs and they admit that it’s a problem with their equipment, but they want me to pay for someone to come out and fix it. Company has been a joke from day 1, rather have no net then this ****. Done with this company.
