First day back to work and can’t connect to @Xplornet network due to “maintenance issues” that could last 5 hours! What a joke, slowest, most unreliable ever.

@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?

Gotta love @Xplornet Can’t even finish my course that I’m doing for work at home because my internet has been terrible for weeks. Unplugging my router every hour lol. Pay over $100 a month for the worst internet and to talk to anyone you have to wait an hour-call back service

******* christ. @Xplornet has the absolute WORST internet in all of Ontario. Maybe even Canada. Paying for 20 down and 2.5 up. Lucky to get even half of that. You had a goddamn year of a pandemic to fix your **** and you did nothing! If there was another option I would switch.

@Xplornet @kenjohn91388485 @Xplornet These boilerplate generic responses are as insulting as is your costly internet service unusable. When will LTE service be available for Evergreen Road in Indian River PE? (C0B1M0). You have long been testing nearby towers. Please do not refer me to phone lines or a DM.
