Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RitzerCameron Cameron Ritzer (@RitzerCameron) reported

@Xplornet 2 hours on hold and no answer. If you can’t talk to me don’t expect me to pay your bills for a service I do not use

  • Juleflower Julia Wilson (@Juleflower) reported

@very_sherrie @Xplornet I don’t know what the problem is to be honest. It seems each call there is another reason. We are not paying for the month of august. So you can probably get the month free - but it doesn’t cover the cost of all the data being used. So frustrating!

  • TheRealRevJames Platypus of Death 🇨🇦🏒🌮 (@TheRealRevJames) reported

@EamonCyr @Ougrew12 I live in a very rural area that only offered Bell DSL or Xplornet, both are terrible. Starlink became available here, and I signed up, immediately. I haven't regretted for a minute.

  • Point_SevenFive Point Seven Five (@Point_SevenFive) reported

@AndersonJG @Xplornet Yes I know, but not really wanting to give them money and plus its $950 to purchase equipment + $160+/month for service.... Xplornet is supposed to be already giving me internet.

  • AJTHREEHFILMS AJ3H FILMS (@AJTHREEHFILMS) reported

@Xplornet @rainkeltoia42 A discount on the service would be nice. 👍

  • tracyeboyce Tracy (@tracyeboyce) reported

@Xplornet Any update on the webmail outage ??

  • dgouldca Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported

@JimCaseNL I have a dish at my cabin; marginal cell reception, not enough signal for xplornet, but other than an occasional dropout for a few seconds, Starlink works fine.

  • XyoticTV Nathan (@XyoticTV) reported

@Xplornet We have called you a dozen times since having our service setup last year. Nothing changed.

  • randsmarchants Richard (@randsmarchants) reported

@Xplornet is it just me or does it seem to take forever to get a service tech guy.

  • very_sherrie Sherrie Stoodley (@very_sherrie) reported

@Juleflower @Xplornet I am off of the Gulf Shore Rd. and without Xplornet as well. It has been a problem for weeks, many calls made and no results! Why isn't the tower fixed yet? Why do we have to pay for a service we are not receiving?
