    XPLORNET did nothing to resolve their phone service problem and told me to resolve with BELL. A Xplornet manager was very unpleasant and would only say, repeatedly, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I have had to return to BELL for a satisfactory phone service.

    @Xplornet Ok this is crazy @Xplornet on hold for over an hour now. Customer service is like the best Internet speeds. Have to hang up. Got things to do 😡

    @JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet What system exactly? Are you able to take a screenshot of the notice (remove your private information)? I read Xplornet was shutting down in a certain area(s), is it related to that?

    @Xplornet is by far the worst customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They provide a service that over time gets worse yet they continue to add a small charges every few months to the bill. When there is issues they will not reply back to any emails. #brutal
