    @Xplornet hey instead of posting nature pictures, why don’t you update your customers about their outages? Your tech support Line now goes to an automated message and cannot call through. I work from home for the gov’t, but can’t even update my supervisor for an ETA of service.

    @Xplornet hi. Please train your staff to let clients who want to leave go instead of coercing them into making bad decisions for themselves. When I was leaving a horrid, abusive relationship I was apparently talked into putting an account I knew I would NEVER need again on hold..

    @Xplornet can you please fix your connection issues. My daughter can't even do her home schooling because my connection won't stay active for more than 15 minutes at a time. Your support said there's nothing they can do. Everything was fine up until Dec 21st. What happened?
