@RobeyEdith @Xplornet Definitely unacceptable. It took 15 phone calls and a letter to the CRTC to have xplornet send a service tech. We had no service many times throughout the day and finally one employee at Xplornet advocated for us. We now have more consistent service but it took hours on the phone

@Xplornet @alrodford Rogers is discounting customers the equivalent of five days to compensate for the outage. Is @Xplornet extending a comparable discount to its customers?
