We got rid of you the first time for thiS!. Not impressed #CustomerService

Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported@Xplornet Too late. My starlink arrived today. I've called tech support 3 or 3 times already and for the same answer... Congestion flag, a crew is working on upgrades which will be done in (enter future date here). Unfortunate.

Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported@Xplornet I’m sorry that’s not acceptable. I pay for an internet service you offer, I expect to get at least close to the advertised speeds more often than not. This has not been the case at all. Limit customer sales if your network can’t handle the load.

The way this company is run is terrible, and the service is aweful. This is why you have lost another customer.

Dawn Kratzer (@DKCripple) reported@StephenRLee @Xplornet We had them before and they were useless .. switched to CCI and it was amazing. Now that they taking over again it's been crappy and their customer service has been less than helpful.
