    Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

    @miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

    @SucksXplornet @Xplornet Such ****-*** service. They keep wanting you to call them because there are so many reasons why your internet isn’t working. No, it’s just YOU. This isn’t Blackberry..a battery pull isn’t fixing garbage service. So thankful for that 1 min of YouTube 🖕🖕

    @jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once

    @Xplornet I know that my tower is getting upgraded and I’m more than happy with the people just doing their job by phoning me because they’re not the cause of my service being slow yes you’re upgrading and building more towers and you’re fixing your service but you deliberately

    @Xplornet And then when other options come finally you upgrade like you didn’t oversell in the first place Business is business but you’re literally shady as hell based on my experience you provide minimal service and only upgrade when you have to you were only going to do 100 with 5G

    @Xplornet Will literally give you 80 Kbps for a download sometimes when your oversold towers are congested you said weather doesn’t affect your service and will it minorly affects your fixed wireless service to say this about your satellite services it’s just absurd

    @Xplornet Just got the confirmation that intent will be down from 8am - 10pm tomorrow again. Two days without access to online learning for students and internet for this working from home. Beyond frustrating!!

    @Xplornet You will probably block me for this when all anybody has wanted is just for you to fix your service and you never cared until something else was available as I already said three times but considering you cant use a calculator to divide the bandwidth on your cells or grade 3 math
