If we were actually going to get fibre to the door I would be very happy. They ran fibre to the local Reserve but nobody else has it

The canopy system deployed by Eastlink is ridiculously unreliable. No person in their right mind wants that slow system. 1.5 Mbps no thanks

Darrell (@Darrell_support) reported@Xplornet (@APLenehan) does nothing for service during the contract but now that my contract is up and I phone to cancel they all of a sudden want to send techs out and talk about giving credits on my account. Too late. You havent learned how important customer service is.

They advertise "50 mbs" when reality dictates that you will get under 10mbs. Trust a company whose newest technology is only 50 mbs??..STARLINK.. 400 mbs! and no ****** Xplornet customer service to deal with.

I used to be a BellTech and I've never ever been so disheartened by a customer service reps inability to stay focused on helping solve my problem... and this was over chat so she had no pressure. I waited for 30 minutes!!!
