    @xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

    @jzantinge2 @KenSchaus We had Xplornet from the time of them first offering service in our area &, after being without any internet for 2 months in 2020, we changed to another non-Bell / non-Rogers internet service provider. Fibre has been laid in our area to be connected soon.

    What’s up Xplornet? You’re putting out a signal as reliable as a deadbeat Dad. Too little, too late. No acknowledgement. Outsourced reporting of outages. But premium prices. WTF from K0K3K0.

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    @xplore_ca The last few days our speeds have been between .5 and 1 not much works at that speed and in April they are increasing rates because we get such amazing service NOT

    Tonight reminds me of how poor our internet is in northern @TownOfMiltonON with no prospect of it getting better anytime soon. Extremely frustrating. @Colin1Best @vankayak Wireless internet from Xplornet is hopeless. Someone brings me good internet, I’ll buy it.
