@Xplornet I would but Xplornet is down, AGAIN, in my area and I can't waste my mobile data. Tech was supposed to come out this week to upgrade but we haven't seen or heard from them since we called last week. Criminal...

@Xplornet I have never received assistance. I get hung up on. Redirected. Told there is issues with the modem that I rent from Nexicom & that I have to pay more money for a tech to look at THEIR shitty equípement. & xplornet is my only option bc they eat up the rural internet companies.

@Xplornet I’ve rebooted 3+ times. Checked the LTE operator values and seeing 3 towers and connecting to one with a worse signal. I have manually set DL-Earfcn to 44190 PCI 48. Seems to have connected to the right one again but has been out for hours. Thanks for reaching out.

@Xplornet @AlterusNominus We pay good money for our internet and what for we can’t use it when we need it or want to use it and don’t repeat what you always say if I have any technical issues we can call you when you never call back or can help saying the same thing you always do

@Xplornet I’ve tried three times today to get through on your phone line, and can’t get through in a timely manner — some of us actually have to work to pay the exhorbitant cost of internet service that we aren’t getting.

@Xplornet Did *you* know that we don't really care all that much about these little distractions you like to post and would much rather you fixed your network so we had reliable and consistent service, and told us about that instead?

@davidshipley @Spaceman096 @CBCNB with Xplornet a rainy day means sporadic internet service, and the speed is slightly faster than dial-up. Last night with a little freezing rain, internet kept going in and out, no reliability at all. I like your idea about fiber everywhere there is electricity connection
