@Xplornet I know that my tower is getting upgraded and I’m more than happy with the people just doing their job by phoning me because they’re not the cause of my service being slow yes you’re upgrading and building more towers and you’re fixing your service but you deliberately

@Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

@Xplornet And then when other options come finally you upgrade like you didn’t oversell in the first place Business is business but you’re literally shady as hell based on my experience you provide minimal service and only upgrade when you have to you were only going to do 100 with 5G

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.
