BJMMURPHY 🇨🇦 (@BJMMURPHY1) reportedRural internet provider in Northumberland county @PLawrenceMP is dreadful. Xplornet is our only option. Typical upload speed is .2. Yes point 2. For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?

CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca Why? I told you I’ve talked to you guys. Unless you trained a bunch of people in the last week you are asking me to waste more of my time on a company that doesn’t value its customers. For what? So YOU can feel better because you can say you tried to help? Pathetic!

ForeverSkittlesClips (@SkittlesClips) reported@xplore_ca I'm currently getting 0.32 mbps download and 1.55 mbps upload, this is ridiculous. Paying $100 a month for unbelievably slow speeds. I'd love to know what's going on with your internet at the moment, I'm in British Columbia 🇨🇦

Brent Hicks (@simonthedog924) reported@xplore_ca why is the service so terrible all of a sudden????

CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca Don’t care at all about your wishes, just provide the service we pay for, it’d be a Christmas miracle!

Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Clint Howard (@Haywire_45) reportedAnyone else’s Starlink really slow today? It’s as bad as xplornet was.
-
Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.
