Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, OntarioI feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

Raymonde Paquet (@paquetpm) reported@Xplornet My area is not on the list. Most of the time I am using LTE because xplornet is too slow. I cannot wait till we have other options. Paying money for basically dial up.

brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported@Xplornet when the tower shouldn't have been oversold in the first place or upgraded and then you said you don't oversell and you don't throttle you traffic manage I get throttled to 3 Mbps no matter what's available on the network for YouTube between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. VPN gets upto 20

Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@AnnDeer4 @Xplornet I have and they quickly gave me a $15/month credit for 6 months. But I almost don’t care - it’s the speed and dependability I need, not a relatively menial and temporary savings in service. I think that’s also telling how they gave the discount so effortlessly.

busterflash (@truebusterflash) reported@cdnbeer Just checking if it’s xplornet because they are terrible.
-
Jenn MacDonald (@Jenn_MacDonald_) reportedThe fact that I use all 50gb of my phone data while working from home and *supposedly* having high speed wifi is ridiculous. That’s life with service from @Xplornet (when you only live 7 mins from the city centre)

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet How many people do you have disappointed with your service connected to this tower? "All" is not a number, but it is an acceptable answer.

brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported@Xplornet and how you're throttling my internet is not stated in the traffic management policy and you lie about throttling you can't just say we don't throttle then traffic manage and then deliberately throttle me and please tell me how your network isn't oversold your reps would sayother
