Xplore Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FieldTalk James Ferrier (@FieldTalk) reported

Signed up for the 2nd or 3rd service call from @Xplornet in the last year or so. Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.

  • FeministHousew1 I'd_Rather_Be_Baked (@FeministHousew1) reported

@Xplornet So Xplornet claims to have fast reliable internet. Yet it's all dependant upon things that are out of the companies control? That makes no sense. Paying $100 a month for this? Why not supply costumers with proper working equipment, and when there's an issue send someone to fix it

  • lewisbron Lewis Bron (@lewisbron) reported

    @Xplornet Shut ******** up

  • sheryl71107825 sheryl (@sheryl71107825) reported

@Xplornet This is the 3rd time you have asked for this info. The last 2 times I was told to call the support no to troubleshoot when we are having issues. This has not worked before

  • lewisbron Lewis Bron (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet half of my time on the internet is just waiting for it to ******* load because your company is ****

  • AngusGillingham Angus Gillingham (@AngusGillingham) reported

@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years. What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.

  • AFCVirtualAsst AFC Business Services (@AFCVirtualAsst) reported

@Xplornet 200.8M in revenue & still terrible internet that works about 40-50% of the time, but you will happily charge us $$ of data that won't keep up! @StarlinkPage @elonmusk please hurry, rural SW Ontario customers need better Internet to perform normal daily activities!

  • eferguson44 Elizabeth Ferguson (@eferguson44) reported

Oh my goodness xplornet Sucks A$$ today. Frigging crappy service. Come on Starlink..

  • AnnoyedJoshua Josh Richardson (@AnnoyedJoshua) reported

Xplornet internet prevented me from uploading the full 2 minute postgame from yesterday that I realized was cut down to 45 seconds by Twitter yesterday. Now it's preventing me from uploading tonight's pg. Blessed work wi-fi might have to save me tomorrow

  • jpete2424 Justin Lystiuk (@jpete2424) reported

@MobileSyrup My starlink service is incredible! Beats Bell and Xplornet by miles. I honestly can't believe Bibic made this outlandish claim
