In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet
