@Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

@Sportsnet You black me out in Alberta, for Alberta games. I live in the country, 20 minutes outside of Edmonton on Xplornet. Your customer service doesn't reply to my emails. How do I get this resolved? Do NOT recommend this service for Xplornet users. #frustrated

@INeededTheMoney @Xplornet Ya can't say I disagree... service was amazing for a year. Now it's gone to **** . Peak loads down to continual buffering. CCI acquisition had old infrastructure and now they are using it too. Very disappointed. Have several friends in this area with @starlink. Rave reviews.

@Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.
