Angus Gillingham (@AngusGillingham) reported@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years.What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.

The first service rep was excellent and did a top job along with respecting our home with regards to cleaning up any mess created and being sure the job was complete. Second/latest serv tech, not so much.

We could have gotten them back online same day but because #Xplornet now refuses to assign work orders to small local contractors, they are stuck without Internet till Monday! #rurainternet #XplornetGivesBack?
