There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now

Xplornet tried to pull the wool over me some years again until I threatened legal action as well as chucking the dish through there head office

For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?

J Snow (@DrewPeacock705) reported@xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.
