@Xplornet I ended up waiting 2.5hrs. The speed is still ongoing and is no where near where it should be. Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631

@Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.

@Xplornet He has your crappy service to thank for having to be out there, too. The one good thing to come out of Xplornet is that Ragnar found his forever family. How many more homeless dogs will you save before your infrastructure is fixed to support all your users?!

@Xplornet This is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. I’m getting 900-1000 ping with not even 1mb a second download speed. This also ends up being the most expensive internet provider. It’s very ironic because it’s horrible. FIX IT.

@albertarebel1 Brutal. I tried to switch back to xplornet during the summer. Amd the installer came out, told me the tower guaranteed by the sales person was on a stop sell, and had been for like a year, and I'd probably get service like I had previously. So I stayed with CCI.

Still so happy about a month into my @SpaceXStarlink service! Unhooked my Xplornet modem today and probably going to cancel in January. Expectations have been exceeded so far with the new service. Thanks @SpaceX for fixing a big issue!!!
