Your service is horrible and your call line is a 45 minute wait. This is 2020, I expect better and pay for something I do not even get to use.

Rob Good (@medic969) reported.@Xplornet for the past week our speeds have been fluctuating and kids getting kicked off zoom meetings with teachers. Speeds so slow they are measured in Kbps instead of mbps and speed tests fail because router can’t find signal.....

James Bergeron (@jamesbergeron) reported@xplornet I think your bandwidth policers are broken. I start downloading at 1Mbps about 2 mins later it drops to 20kb/s and my internet goes completely down. Pause download, wait 1 min, resume and it goes to 1Mbps and drops to 20kb/s again. Like clockwork!
