@Xplornet @phantomfarmerSK I switched to 5LTE. Tonight at 9pm. I am getting download speed of 0.30 and upload of 0.19 Ping 87 . How can you charge me over $100 a month plus $6 for your router for this garbage. I am one 62 year old person with a laptop trying to open an email. This is crap!

@elonmusk Could you help out a 17 year old kid (me) and buy @Xplornet so I can get good connection. My parents are too stubborn to ever call or to switch to starlink once it releases so I'm stuck with this garbage until I move out.

@Xplornet Thanks for keeping everyone updated on where not to go. I suppose the food bank thing is nice, since I can't Google where my local one is using your service. I'll sacrifice my data plan to Google that instead of talking to you guys in person, though.

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thanks you very much I will do that. But it's not just a quality of service issue. I was told that I am not guaranteed any speed at all. Which is tantamount to "we don't have to provide you any service". To my mind this is a completely different issue. Thoughts?

I just saw a post from @DLeBlancNB about bringing reliable rural internet. Unfortunately @Xplornet is NOT a provider of reliable service. I have business service and it is down every couple of days.

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thx again. Just checked it out. And that's not what I'm looking for at all. This seems to me to be an unfair trade practice. Is there nowhere I can go with a complaint about signing up for a service the company seems to have no commitment to delivering?

@Xplornet I don't have an account. I called multiple times to get LTE, but have been told that I am a little out of range, even though neighbors down the road from me are on LTE. I am not interested in satellite as I work from home and would chew through the bandwidth in about a week.

@VirtualAstro I am envious. I live in rural Canada and currently pay more than that for sub-par service from my only option....satellite from @Xplornet.
