I didn't want to do but they talked me into it. 2 weeks later, no internet and I'm pissed. More to come.

Byron Darlison (@ByronDarlison) reported@Xplornet after years of mediocre service at best I have now installed @Starlink and am having speeds that are 10 times better for basically the same cost. Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

mal (@malloveryy) reported@mcleodtaylor1 @ShawDirect @Xplornet I'm trying to see if we can get Eastlink now! Between xplornet's awful horrible internet and Shaw's basic package we pay $200 a month. It's unreal. I can't stream a show most nights even with everyone's wifi turned off.

Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!
