Jim Roe (@JimRoe_Toronto) reportedSo, @Xplornet tells an Ontario senior, who has been a customer for years, to risk life and limb by climbing up on an icy roof in the middle of winter to retrieve 10 year old tech or else risk a fine? Really, @Xplornet, really? Friends, please help me amplify this.

Marc Lanteigne (@56kz2slow) reported@DeniseMiller76 @KingstonLsd @Xplornet My wife feels the same way about the weather station, but she never looks up there, so she won't notice.
-
Jamie (@JamieDumalski) reported@adrienneivey @Xplornet We had there satellite internet before in one yard and was horrible. Putting Starlink in one yard as explornet has no coverage there
-
Dave M 🇨🇦 (@DaveMunrosCat) reportedI'm going to put a deposit on Starlink internet. The location where we purchased land can only be served by regular satelite internet like xplornet. 200 gigs, and they slow your internet down. And its useless for gaming. We use about 10 to 15 gigs daily.
-
Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reportedI might record the conversation with @Xplornet when I cancel because I got #Starlink It will likely be the 10,000th time the person on the other end has had the exact same conversation.
-
Rob Ferguson (@RRMF13) reported@Xplornet So I can sit on hold because you’re “experiencing higher than normal calls” to be told to unplug my power supplies and that the problem is my equipment and I need to buy another router?
-
Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reportedI am 15 minutes into being a #Starlink customer, and I can't remember ever being happier with a purchase. Looking forward to the call with @Xplornet very, very much.
-
Rebecca Parker (@sheepfarmbecca) reported@Xplornet I have done this in the past and it improved my service for a while and then it just dropped back to horrible service. Last time I was told to just buy a better package. My package I last signed up for promised up to 5 Mbps on a regular basis. I rarely even get 1.
-
AA-Ron (@aar0nsadler) reported@EarEigna @SteveS62 As crazy as this may sound, I found my experience with xplornet didn’t align with that of most others. I paid for 25mbps service and almost always found I got 30-35 consistently, and no down time ever.

Mark Carlson (@carlson_mark) reported@adrienneivey @JamieDumalski @Xplornet It may be a little faster but goes down a, Extremely inconsistentYou will be happy when it works but will be furious when your constantly on the phone getting it back up and running i usually have a quarterly call to keep my $20/month discount for such **** service, dumpster fire!
