I explained my situation to them now and that I am waiting on a tax return and I had to get a couple of months behind on the Xplornet payments. They sent me a message they're cutting me off.   @DustinPatar Yes just switched to a different ISP. Cellphones and NWT DSL having issues it looks like. @Xplornet is still working

  @Xplornet We have been told by your customer service people that we will not have an appointment until June 2nd. It sucks because we use the wifi for Buisness purposes and staff are not able to do their work. But we still have to pay them. I will forward our details later.

  @Xplornet Can you find out the nature of the problem? Are they waiting for parts as there should have been a better recovery plan. An outage this long is not acceptable when connectivity is so critical for customers now.
