    @Xplornet I feel like the hours I've spent with your tech support should be compensated bc the amount of times I've been told "just turn it on and off again" after sitting for an hour on the phone is ridiculous. The sooner REAL high speed gets to rural Canadians, the better.

    @Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO

    @Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

I was livid like how do you really **** this up & then not let me access MY account. With MY info 😶😶😶”policies”

    @Xplornet Guys, I appreciate your advertising enthusiasm, however, your services do not live up to your promises. I am in rural Quebec and had to give up your service for a competitor because your speed is so slow and your service calls take days and days.
