    @Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected

    @Xplornet 4 plus hours of no service following two weeks of sub 10Mbps on download. Remind me again why we pay you $100 plus per month?

    @kingstonist I hope so. I have a kingston address but the only option for internet for me is Xplornet. It's slow and very expensive. I think many ppl on the outskirts are in same boat.

    @Xplornet why oh why does my service keeping dropping. For two weeks now, stops and starts, drops off completely and have to power cycle it. It was good for so long and now...crap. It is extremely important to be online with kids at home!!! Be better.

    @Xplornet Going to be a challenge, but I'm sure xplornet will find a way to make fiber slow and unreliable like all xplornets other services.

    Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.
