    @Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

    @WellyAdvertiser I have objections as soon as I hear the name Xplornet. Never had more inconsistent, poor service.

    Thankfully #Xplornet has a reasonable service offering because Bell & Rogers both cap their rural wireless plans at 50GB/month and charge more per month than I pay for unlimited...

    @Xplornet at what point do you start refunding your clients for terrible service and down time? This is literally the worst internet provider on the planet. They know they are the only provider for some areas and they rip those customers off severely!

    Xplornet wireless connection speeds are approaching dialup. Help desk wait times are approaching those of CRA or AHS. Bring on starlink.

    @Xplornet Today was our 7th installation appointment we had booked, with no communication & no one showed up. We have now had 3 no shows, 2 where people have showed up (without equipment), and 2 where no one even contacted us to cancel. Embarrassing beyond belief.
