Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

Xplornet tried to pull the wool over me some years again until I threatened legal action as well as chucking the dish through there head office
