Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

@Xplornet My internet with you is AWFUL. I consistently have to switch from my WiFi to my mobile data just so a video from The Weather Network will load on my phone. I have to watch everything on 240p and it still buffers. I'm moving soon, better internet here I come!!
