Had @Xplornet for 3 days and it's only been working for 1 of those 3, on top of that the technician won't be able to come and fix it till the 20th. 😡😡

NEVER use @Xplornet! They are a rip off with terrible service so I cancelled as soon I as another provider became available. They are still taking money from my account and their responses are unaccountable, dishonest, and extremely shady!

@Xplornet I never said I was having trouble getting in touch. I've called and emailed over and over again and nothing gets resolved. All I get are shady excuses that constantly change and absolutely no accountability or actual help. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the @BBC_BC

Snowed in, can't afford snow removal because I can't even afford food, heat, bills, meds, water, other basics. On top of it all my place was robbed and then Xplornet wrongfully took $ from me again and won't help me resolve it. I need to see my dr but can't get out. I hate this!

NEVER use @Xplornet! They are a rip off with terrible service that have wrongfully taken money from me even after I cancelled my account. The responses I get are inconsistent, dishonest, unaccountable, and extremely shady! They won't fix it and that leaves me with no groceries.

@Xplornet My internet has been out for over two days. Thought the weather may have been a factor but today doesn’t seem to be a weather related outage. Please help!
