@LevisBecker I'm in SE Ontario. I'm lucky if I get 2 bars of cell service, and Xplornet is the only internet option....and it is unreliable and unstable.

@Xplornet So the DM's are getting me nowhere. 43 days since I ordered and I still don't even have an install date. Do you guys not want customers? If I had any other option for service I would be taking it at this point.

@Julie_foxy @Xplornet We live in a rural area so our internet provider sucks. I’ve been on the waiting list for Starlink since February.

@Xplornet @trailhawk2013 Xplornet has terrible customer service and will just tell you "We can't do anything about it". Soon everyone will switch to StarLink.

@Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

@Klink89 @terry_seguin i currently have Xplornet, and it is god awful for sattelite internet, i've pre-ordered Starlink back in early may or so, have still been waiting for global launch as beta testing isn't currently available in my area of Quebec Canada; Starlinks initial cost is a hefty 700 CAD
