Instead, they upsell when you call for $7.50 per month care plan knowing it was their system that was down and not an issue on my roof. So not happy. Been with them 4 years. They were good up to 1 year ago.

Support is not great but it's pretty much trouble free after it's setup. We're getting 80 mbps downloads instead of 3-4, so well worth it.

This is day 5 - complete outage yesterday and day before. ~ 2 days of outage from 7 am to 6 pm immediately before that. Thinking it’s time to contact local and provincial govt?

Yet a borrowed Ipad from school with Rogers data can hotspot Netflix like crazy. No help from any of those companies though!
