@elonmusk Totally dissatisfied with @Xplornet and their high-orbit, unreliable solution (and terrible customer service!). Just ordered a Starlink kit and hoping for the best! All I really need is for it to work, in some capacity, much of the time.

@Bell yo if bell was not just about making a few $ for that service my house would have fibor but yall just wont move the line 1 km down my road but xplornet got me with internet thats better your dsl is so *** for the price its sad nova scotia hype

@Xplornet Can you find out the nature of the problem? Are they waiting for parts as there should have been a better recovery plan. An outage this long is not acceptable when connectivity is so critical for customers now.

@Xplornet 1/after days of hell your customer service supervisor said a tech needed to be sent out at my expense. He then hung up on me. He said when I expressed costs already personally incurred with frustration that if I was not going to be professional he would end the call.

@DustinPatar Yes just switched to a different ISP. Cellphones and NWT DSL having issues it looks like. @Xplornet is still working
