    Hey @Xplornet, my wife currently has our 2 month old and there is no cell service so she relies on your services for wifi call and text. I can't even reach my them consistently right now. She's been without services for 2 days, gonna need you to do better.

  • Repinerator Repinerator (@Repinerator) reported

    @_chark2020_ @Xplornet And they still try to reach out with their fake “let us help you” bull💩 I’ve been down the tech road so many times I could do it blindfolded. I’m sure u have too. No improvement.

    @Xplornet @NEWSTALK1010 @tunein I live 5 minutes from Barrie Ontario 🇨🇦 and reliability is terrible (unplug system daily with hope it gets better after reset) really no difference and usually 🐢 speeds.

  • DuartJosh Joshua McLean (@DuartJosh) reported

    @Xplornet How about your company stops advertising speeds that are never seen.

  • pcarbonno Pierre Carbonneau (@pcarbonno) reported

    How sad that @Xplornet cannot service costumers north of Sudbury. Without service for week and no companies to do servicing in Gogama ON.

  • lauren_blogger1 My So-Called Perspective (@lauren_blogger1) reported

    @SucksXplornet @Xplornet is this fraud of a service down again, or is it just the standard terrible??? Asking for someone who pays a bunch of money every month and gets about an hour of service.

  • Q2uSue Suelynn Peters (@Q2uSue) reported

    @BrentHCameron @Xplornet @elonmusk You’re paying for a non existing service.. isn’t that sad in 2021!

  • seeteegee Chris McGee (@seeteegee) reported

    @bobbotron @storminternet I wanted to get storm out here, but they just couldn't provide the signal to my home without extraordinary effort at the time. So, it was xplornet, which was fine, but pricey and a little unreliable and now bell home wireless, which is pretty solid, but slow and there's a cap.

  • Logan42395323 Its_kinger (@Logan42395323) reported

    @builtbyageek @Xplornet Your so lucky because they don’t care about anybody in my neighborhood they are such a terrible company and they Robb money this is coming from a 14 year old

  • AdamMit46744465 Enjoy 🇨🇦 (@AdamMit46744465) reported

    @Xplornet But yet it’s so bad I can’t listen to @NEWSTALK1010 on @tunein . Been a customer for 10 years and now have a huge tower within 1000ft of my property, but yet internet service is 1 step above dialup. Riddle me this Batman, why is that? And why am I still a loyal paying customer?
