@Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

@Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO

@Xplornet Guys, I appreciate your advertising enthusiasm, however, your services do not live up to your promises. I am in rural Quebec and had to give up your service for a competitor because your speed is so slow and your service calls take days and days.

@Xplornet Your service is incredibly bad. I call to find out why its slow and you spin in circles for 2 hours. This happens ALL the time. My internet is EXTREMELY slow yet again. Fix it. 😡
