@xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

@Xplornet Used to get around 50 Mbps in central Ontario and worked very well ! Not sure why some have issues ? I’m with Starlink now so 250 is normal.

@Xplornet I will call I just want to know what is actively being done to help reservations who have to use your service and have to struggle to get a decent signal. I had same issues in Maskwacis moved to Tsuu'Tina same issues. Your boasts of fast streaming may work if your the only person

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...industry works. Scheduled outages are planned, and have a definite duration, and are done during non-disruptive hours. (Industry norm is midnight to 5am unless physically going up the tower is needed.) Issue 2: When you're making a change in production, you test it....

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ....on Kepler tower (Sydenham ON). ECI 05E1101 if you're curious. Issue 3. Your call centre system, if overwhelmed, says "we'll hold your place in line and call you back." But that system broke three years ago and you never fixed it. If the lines aren't answered....
