cherokee (@trailhawk2013) reported@Xplornet UP TO is the key word. I live right beside the tower,I’m lucky if I get 25/3. You need to add more equipment to your towers instead of more people. You used to be good &now you are just money hungry. Charging people for a service call to fix your ****. I don’t own the equipment.

Jim Roche (@ehcormij) reported@BellAliant internet issues again. Called Tech Sup. When I asked agent to repeat her name her response was to say she was authorized to discontinue call. I guess @Xplornet it will be. Time and frustration just not worth it.
