Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

J Snow (@DrewPeacock705) reported@xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

Sherri Richard (@rich_sherri) reported@mcleodtaylor1 @Eastlink That's cheap...I pay $124 for @Bell_Aliant and you can't even watch a movie without continual buffing. Garbage service. Looking at Xplornet which is similar pricing but hopefully better service.

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.
