    @Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @chiweethegod Truth. He got 900 million dollars for his starlink bullshit. Xplornet tried the same thing and it was ****.

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    @Xplornet Can you guys build another tower in Picton,ON. I can barely get a signal from the one that is already here because my home is higher in altitude

    Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

    @Xplornet What’s with the @Xplornet service not working all weekend at Lester beach? Such spotty service. It’s only 930 and I’ve reset everything four times this morning and still no Internet

    @pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.
