@Xplornet well Day 7 with no internet or an update other than under investigation. Amazing how bad that sounds, only people you can talk to can’t give you more than that. Still wondering on that Macrorie tower.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Straight up lying isn't marketing. A lot of people know most of your mythbusing are lies. But just in case... xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

  • Paulywoggsvoice Paul Adamson (@Paulywoggsvoice) reported

@Xplornet Myth # 6 is especially laughable. I weep for anyone who falls for your BS. And where's your mention of the traffic shaping policy you employ when someone on your network has been deemed to be using "too much internet" by whatever secret internal measure you use?

  • retroflya retroflier (@retroflya) reported

Download speed of 300kbps, upload speed of 60kbps - just another day of @Xplornet internet service lol

  • baagheecha G. Louise (@baagheecha) reported

@Xplornet Been with xplornet for 8 years now. Recently the speed’s been terrible and we switch to phone data if we want reliable internet. The only thing keeping us with you is that there are few choices for us rurally. We pay ~ $100/mo. for this non service. Yes, we have called support.

  • AndersenF31 HurryUPAndersen! (@AndersenF31) reported

@builtbyageek @Xplornet It’s more that said they were gonna put a tower in late April early May now it’s June so I roasted ******** out of them and they didn’t respond

  • SeanMor27198990 Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@m3t4lw01f The reason why I never got hired for a job at @Xplornet even when I wanted to apply for that job is because they are douchery and I don’t support people and companies who are douchery towards their own employees and customers

  • NinesCatudio Nine's Catudio (@NinesCatudio) reported

This Rogers outage sure did a bit of a damage to us here... Almost 24 hours. Worst part, - until 660 news finally meowed something about it at 1 pm, we did not know what was wrong. We rely on Rogers here, and kind of feel really trapped. Xplornet lies, Telus drops, Rogers...

  • GMeaden26 Grayson Meaden (@GMeaden26) reported

@jorkirk We've been waiting 3 weeks for @xplornet to fix ours. If only @SaskTel fusion wasn't garbage as well.
