Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet @jsjlivestock For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

I'm willing to put up with a downtime with this because I already have hours of downtime daily with Xplornet!

Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@karlin_george @Xplornet 1/2 Please update your CCTS complaint as you learn more... I'm currently involved in my second CCTS complaint with them. There was no outcome really from the first, but they punished me for filing that complaint by SLASHING my speeds and cutting my internet off multiple times/day

Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@karlin_george @Xplornet My second investigation is still ongoing, but their response as to why I am getting slow speeds is that it's not "punishment", rather they "have a known issue" that prevents them from providing what they charge for... Be Careful...you will probably be punished too.
