    @Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.

    @SpaceXStarlink Good evening I live in rural Canada. We have a wide variety of radio internet and satellite xplornet. The problem is they are slow and unreliable. I am a contractor that would like to become an installer for starlink.

    @Xplornet 17+ hours of tech support and 2 visits and you’ve made a choice to not help me, we both know you can, you just won’t. Worse? Your employee confirmed it was done for his personal system... yet for me? No way! @APLenehan how can your company allow this unfair treatment?

    @k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

    @Xplornet He has your crappy service to thank for having to be out there, too. The one good thing to come out of Xplornet is that Ragnar found his forever family. How many more homeless dogs will you save before your infrastructure is fixed to support all your users?!
