    @APLenehan our local tower has had “known issues” for four years now. Our internet doesn’t work at all now. According to xplornet, there are no plans to fix the tower. This is the worst service I have ever seen. 10 kB/s now. This is shameful.

    @AndyBlizzard87 I hear ya. I was with WTC for years near Sunbury but after our last move they didn’t have coverage in our current rural area. We were forced to choose @Xplornet, who have been hit and miss, but over the last 1-2 years they’ve been brutal because they flooded their LTE service.

    It took 25 mins to cancel the service. But I had to deal with 2 people. Nice people. Even tho @Xplornet provides terrible service, treat customer service reps with respect. They told me they get sworn at a lot. That’s not right people. These people are just doing their job.

    @Xplornet When does xplorenet ever good service? You guys reply these meaningless tweets by with no intention to fix anything. Lower your price or provide the service you claim to provide.. problem solved.

    @SudioC @Xplornet ...it was a deliberate move by Xplornet, but can't prove it of course. My new and more pricey service still gives me crappy downloads and latency. No better than before, except it hasn't disappeared for over a month....yet. Hope you have better luck.

    @AdamJPfeffer Stop spending so much money on mail outs and actually have a service worth subscribing too! @Xplornet is absolute garbage!!! So glad to dump them

    @AdamJPfeffer We got ours a month ago. Just a little over 1 year wait from deposit. Now I want more when they have roaming enabled for each drone truck, hopefully they can keep rolling them out and get rid of xplornet's monopoly. Feels good to cancel 2 accts after years of agony with them.

    @AndStammers @Xplornet They can't provide service, even with towers already in Alberta. Save yourself aggregation and find another provider.

    @SudioC @Xplornet I have no other option currently, although hoping for something else. My speeds yesterday were below 100kbps with latency over 2s. Not high speed. Not reliable. We had NO service for over 35 days after Xmas. Xplornet was "investigating." Most people around me had to switch...

    @Xplornet @AnnapolisCo Careful to Nova Scotia customers Xplornet bought a reliable internet provider in Alberta and have no technicians to service customers we have been without internet for over two weeks with no line of sight to a repair date.

    @Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @FT_Networks Another great small internet company being eaten up by xplornet. Really too bad as full throttle had great customer service and a great product. Seems like everything xplornet touches turns into a nightmare
