Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, OntarioThe tragic thing is we get used to @Xplornet’s shitty service, we sit there, and we take it. We become complacent, and we say: “Well, tonight it only took 1 min to buffer a movie.” “I think those pixels are faces.” “It only paused or froze 10 times over 2 hours.” 13/

Wesley🇨🇦 (@wesley_davidson) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@fordnation At least four weeks.🙄 Is that the same as when @Xplornet sells speeds up to 25 Mbps and never delivers?
-
Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, OntarioI feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

Wesley🇨🇦 (@wesley_davidson) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@Xplornet Sure if @SpaceXStarlink becomes available before then, which it will, I'll be switching. Your satellite internet service is poor and very expensive. I did notice you've offered the ability to purchase more data at an exorbitant rate. Thanks

Ashley Y (@ASHESOJMJPN) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@Xplornet @SucksXplornet I don’t know how anyone is expected to do google meets for school when your internet is such ****... my kid can’t hear his teacher because the internet is glitching..
-
Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@AndyBlizzard87 I hear ya. I was with WTC for years near Sunbury but after our last move they didn’t have coverage in our current rural area. We were forced to choose @Xplornet, who have been hit and miss, but over the last 1-2 years they’ve been brutal because they flooded their LTE service.
-
Chris Hammer (@hammer4974) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@Xplornet many internet users of your service in @SthFrontenacTwp having internet issues and getting kicked off? Is there too much of a surge on the system? @SFrontenac
-
Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@AnnDeer4 @Xplornet I have and they quickly gave me a $15/month credit for 6 months. But I almost don’t care - it’s the speed and dependability I need, not a relatively menial and temporary savings in service. I think that’s also telling how they gave the discount so effortlessly.
-
Brad Duffy (@gbdmedia) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario@APLenehan our local tower has had “known issues” for four years now. Our internet doesn’t work at all now. According to xplornet, there are no plans to fix the tower. This is the worst service I have ever seen. 10 kB/s now. This is shameful.
-
Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, OntarioSo, I ask an honest question of @Xplornet - what are you doing to address your overburdened LTE service? Forget the corporate speak, subterfuge, key messaging & the oh so dreaded, “Please contact our customer support.”Instead, provide a true answer so we can decide to stay or go.

RinksGuy (@RinkGuyD) reported@Xplornetsuppor1 @BlondeBigot11 Not sure if you chose Xplornet Support ironically or not... The single worst ISP ever. Could just be you're retarded.
-
Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported@Cory_Boehm No. Xplornet was just PR exercise with Xplornet never having intention to invest and develop a large network from scratch. (in fact, the real Xplornet spun that business off and it is now shutting own).
-
Smokey Bull 😤 (@KingPearye) reported@ReidLaxn @Bell Check Xplornet and Shaw.. they are deploying in rural 🇨🇦 these days. Starlink is too slow and costs more.. I am in rural Quebec and never thought I would have FTTH at 500mbps at $70/month, but it came last summer.

Dean H. (@loopholefarms) reported@wheatiepete @Andrew_Dalgarno You know you are a garbage company when you have to rebrand. #xplornet

Syd_Vakarian (@Syd_Vakarian) reported@xplore_ca wow, you charge $75 for someone to come to my house to test and see if I can get service. and if I can't, then I have to pay the $75, but if there's service available at my house I don't have to pay the $75 for the test. what in the hell is that? Gross.
