    @xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    Dear @xplornet. Thanks so much for the worst service. 2wks for a service call is unacceptable. How can any business survive without internet for 2wks. Starlink is on it's way.

    Help! Using Arlo camera system at farm 45 min away near SK border to monitor cow feed and H2O.Sasktel installed a new tower. Telus Smart Hub bounces between Telus and Sasktel tower. Result: deactivation of hub. Xplornet is full Starlink is $ (already have at home) options?

    @xplore_ca I'm currently getting 0.32 mbps download and 1.55 mbps upload, this is ridiculous. Paying $100 a month for unbelievably slow speeds. I'd love to know what's going on with your internet at the moment, I'm in British Columbia 🇨🇦

    @OrenCairns Best thing I did 2 years ago….and I had the business package from Xplornet….and they had zero service skills!

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca No service for over six hours and can't even get a hold of a support agent or anything. You're luckyI don't have any other option in this area. I would switch in a heartbeat
