@redwoodacres Yes our @Xplornet hasn’t been good lately and our @TELUS cell service has been worse than the original flip phone service. How do these companies get away with this? I’ve asked Telus and they always just say they know they have a problem.

Let me share my recent experience to help you make a decision: 2 weeks ago, I started getting automated phone messages from Xplornet saying they would be performing maintenance on my tower.

@TalkingNB @CBCNB @ONBCanada Agreed. My internet is awful. I have no choice but to use Xplornet while I wait for Starlink to arrive. Too bad nbgov invested another $40,000,000 into Xplornet tech that is already outdated before it’s even installed on the ground. Starlink would have cost a fraction of this.

Just be honest with people already that you have been taking advantage of Canadians for a number of years now. @Xplornet When we upgraded to the 25mbs, The first few days we got speeds around 10mbs ever since it has been averaging 1 to 2 mbs. I'm paying more for the same speed, and all xplornet tells me is that everything looks good on our end. that's not good service!

Unnacceptable;considering we r paying $113 per month for internet. Finally, the 7 day period ended and internet resumed normal performance. By normal I should say decent during the day but slow at night when everyone is using the internet since Xplornet WAY oversells their towers

Country dweller: Bell sales rep came to my door twice today unsolicited 1st time tried to sell me on new ‘unlimited’ internet with guaranteed 25mpbs down. Nope Xplornet provides better. Came back 2nd time offered guaranteed 50mpbs down, dropping to half after cap reached #peipoli

@Xplornet Because the issue is always one the customers end, it could never be that xplornet is way too slow and unreliable. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.
