This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.

I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. Surely you can do better.
