    @Xplornet shouldn’t your horrific service be getting better since everyone is bailing for @SpaceXStarlink? I can’t even believe I pay you for whatever this is that your providing because it sure as heck isn’t internet service. Can’t wait until I get that email to switch providers

    @Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

    @rainiemainie @Xplornet They sure are, & it's gotten worse since covid...EVERYTHING seems to have gotten worse since covid...all the retailers seem to use it as an excuse not to provide customer service any longer. In my humble opinion of course.😜 #ThingThatMakeYouGoHmmm

    @Xplornet During pandemic when husband & sons had to work/study from home, we rarely went to our cottage cuz Xplornet was so damn slow & unreliable despite various tech visits.We upgraded to almost $100/month last summer,still awful. Just switched isp,new service is cheaper,fast&reliable.

    So, Xplornet finally said they'd come out and do a service, but the person that was supposed to send out the work order forgot??? Are you kidding me, it's been 5 weeks since the first time we called?! @xplornet
