Xplore Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • chrisjgalway Chris Galway (@chrisjgalway) reported

Maybe the reason @Xplornet isn't communicating outages is because they are using themselves as an internet provider and their service is down

  • RealStarDeLuna Star (@RealStarDeLuna) reported

Power was about for TWO SEOND @Xplornet DOWN FOR 3 ******* HOURS!!!!! WHAT ********?!?! SWITCH FROM @Xplornet WHEN YOU CAN THEY ARE ******* USELESS!!!!

  • Sojeles Tara Jeles (@Sojeles) reported

My address is considered rural even though i am 8 minutes from a city with 98,000 population. Try getting internet.... @Bell 👎🏻 @Rogers @Xplornet 👎🏻. Yet a borrowed Ipad from school with Rogers data can hotspot Netflix like crazy. No help from any of those companies though!

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

@Xplornet The problem has not been fixed. We have rebooted a number of times. System south of Picton in Prince Edward County is offline. I opened a ticket Wednesday. Absolutely NO call from Xplornet since. So, don’t tell me things have been restored.

  • PatStGermain1 Pat St.Germain (@PatStGermain1) reported

@Xplornet Already did to receive the automated message that the internet is down in my area. Go figure! When you need reliable rural internet for work, Xplornet is not it. Service calls resolve nothing unless it’s to upsell me to a new package with the promise of being more reliable!

  • gbeldam Greg Beldam (@gbeldam) reported

Just found out that @Xplornet blocked my account on Twitter? That’s nice customer service.

  • plain_me9 JustPlainOldMe (@plain_me9) reported

@bruceanderson @Xplornet I had @Xplornet for years as I lived in the country. They are the worst of the worst. I lived in a bungalow and they wanted to put a 30' antenna on my roof.

  • Dnuttall1985 Dave Nuttall (@Dnuttall1985) reported

    @Xplornet internet's been down 3 days, what's up???

  • Awallis11 Alan (@Awallis11) reported

@wallisdesigns @Xplornet This is very poor customer service xplornet and unacceptable. At the very least you need to send out a Tweet to let your customers in Prince Edward County know what the status is - Monday/work-day is fast approaching, please put send a message ASAP.

  • seanphwood_sean Sean Hollywood (@seanphwood_sean) reported

@Xplornet @Rosebuddy1973 Why is your service so bad? Every week unplanned disruptions. Why do you not notify your customers in advance. That’s what proper companies do!!!
