@Xplornet I hope you lose a lot of customers to starlink. Xplornet refuses to update our tower and I can tell you rn it’s not in a difficult location to access. Service is complete trash and full of lies

@elonmusk just want to say ty. I got my Starlink sign up email yesterday. I shouldn’t be this excited but my xplornet satellite internet has been soooo bad for years. I’ve had enough of the 20 min to watch a 5 min video at 140 p quality.

It's worth noting that everything I call, I end up having to do all the work on my end. Did it all. Still not working. I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

Dear @Xplornet I would like to say thank you for having my service work very well.......that is until my CRTC complaint was closed. Now, streaming has become laggy again and live Twitch streams are impossible to watch. I gave you a chance to fix this but obviously you do not...

@Xplornet It would help to have a fair price for your internet service. People would be able to afford more of their necessities. Instead, they are robbed by an indifferent xplornet who only cares about a bottom line. It's the reason you try to leech off feelgood stories. #cancelxplornet
