Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@Bell (mobility) reduced our rural service, @rogers is about to run a cable down our road. Guess where I'm going when they get done. TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.

Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

Georgia, yr comics teacher (@voiceshapes) reportedAnyone have Xplornet & can’t get consistent service with a 3rd party router? Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out
