Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported@mwest_ What do u mean there isn't 2 sides? I've met people w/ Xplornet, SSi, Iristel. Sure they are small, maybe not the best compared to fibre. But that's the thing, all these ppl want choice they don't want NWTel & are w. other players for a reason. Perhaps service differentiation?

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reportedXplornet has, by and large, failed to deliver on their promise: "Connecting Canadians to what matters". Doubly so during this pandemic where I could barely work from home and my children had issues accessing online learning tools like Google Meet and Classroom.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet I'm all out of witty things to say about your service right now, so I'll just say this: you guys are truly the worst ISP in Canada. @APLenehan should be proud of that distinction, it's not easy to be this hated and still be oblivious to it.

Kapwa Mom (@kapwamom) reportedThe @xplornet tech suggested we change our internet package to a lower level since we can’t achieve the speeds at our current package. THAT’s the solution?

John Masswohl (@JohnMasswohl) reported@VirtualAstro I am envious. I live in rural Canada and currently pay more than that for sub-par service from my only option....satellite from @Xplornet.
