Spenser Hamilton (@OtherSpenny) reported@JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.

Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

No. It's been there quite a while, and the high speed internet has worked without a problem through at least 3 Summer's worth of leaves. I have enough signal now to reply, but it takes a full minute to send. Videos won't load.

Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out
