Evan Buchanan (@evanrbuchanan) reportedHaving extra slow and sporadic internet and cell receptiom for a year now really shows me how much we rely on access to communication. Also **** xplornet and virgin for being bad providers... Grrr
-
Ian (@redeye0330) reported@APLenehan, Where I live we only receive internet service from Xplornet and Bell. During this pandemic everyone is expected to work from home "ME AND MY WIFE" as I have been getting PATHETIC service from Xplornet. Do you know when this situation will end?
-
Jonathan Fortuna (@TKC_1233) reported@Xplornet 3rd time in 5 days my net has gone down. There should be a law that says you have to take at least $1 off a bill for every hour your service is down. #xplornetsucks
-
Leonard Eichel (@ldeichel) reported@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@harrbca is your Xplornet working at all? My modem won't rejoin the network at all. Just cycles between connecting, joining network, and ... failing. Been this way since last night. If it does manage to connect it's so slow it's unusable. If I reboot it won't reconnect.
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedSeriously @Xplornet fix your network. I haven't had a connection all day, and it's been down more than up over the last week. I get not commiting to speeds, but you're not even meeting the definition of a connection right now.
-
Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported@Xplornet There's our wonderful government throwing away tax dollars at horrible evil corporations filled with garbage employees and garbage services.
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedFinal thoughts for @Xplornet. Stop blaming COVID. I've read many stories that predate the pandemic of how truly awful your service is. The pandemic just shined an even brighter spotlight on it. You've had a year to improve. The fact you haven't indicates you don't actually care.
-
brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported@Xplornet how do you manage to oversell a network to the point where it cuts out for no reason literally was just watching a YouTube video I got 7 Minutes in and it just froze because my internet disconnected
-
Dan (@ClayBreakerAB) reported@MrStache9 I hope they are not giving more money to @xplornet!? Worst ISP on the planet!
