I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.
