@aartipole Mom's internet is with Xplornet. It's been down 5 days now. Both of our cell phones are with Bell. Slow and glitchy, barely usable for 5 days as well. We won't get Rogers 5 day credit as we aren't their customer. No info from Xplornet or Bell about a credit or restoration time

@jpmacnab @Rogers We were with Bell until we were two weeks without a phone due to line damage. We now have a smartphone with Telus, TV with Shaw, Internet with Xplornet, and are happy to diversify.

@CBCNB New Brunswick should jump on the band wagon and help the people purchase the system like Nova Scotia, PEI and Quebec did. Just because xplornet originated in NB doenst mean we should be stuck with slow, spotty service. Compare the xplorenet dish with Starlink dish.

@prinzadelbart @FrankReardon1 @3Ayaruak My service is not too bad for reliability. It might be slower with less GB than Frank's though, Xplornet let me know before I'm not in the same zone for their newer satellite

@Lunatas5 Where we live, we can’t get a cell signal from anyone but Rogers. Xplornet is the only internet provider that we can access. Living in the middle of nowhere is nice and all, but it means living with limits.

This will be the 3rd time that our phone service from @xplornet has been discovered not working after someone tried to call us and then afterwards let us know. That is besides the rain-fade Internet and garbled voice messages. #poorservice

@adampete78 Well, we were restored (finally). Rogers (when it works) = 25 Mbp Xplornet (when it worked) < 1 Mbp As bad as the last couple of days were, not going back.
