Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”

@Xplornet Please explain to me why the internet stops working past 5:00 everyday? Has been happening since the start of fall. Can't watch videos, do online calls or even browse. I payed good money for this service and I better get what I payed for.

What a way to spend the evening... fighting with Xplornet! First phone call they wouldn’t let me cancel my 90 yr old Grandmothers account, even though my name is on it as well. So I had to wear medical grade mask so I could enter her home during code red. 1/
