@Xplornet If xplornet customers wonder why their internet is so expensive and none of their problems are ever fixed... here's what their techs do. If I'm hiring and I see xplornet in their resume, I'm just giving them a pass. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

Sure would be nice if @Xplornet didn't suck ******* donkey *****. Still not connected. Third night in a row. I think I'll start being as reliable with my payments as they have been with the service.

11 hours later and my crappy @Xplornet internet is still out. Guess I better get ready for the next vigorous round of unplug your router/pay us more money and we’ll fix your service. Fun times. #xplornetsucks

@Xplornet Called tech support and got the old, “Unplug your router...Oh that didn’t work? Then pay $120 for a service call, or add an extra $7.50 a month to you bill for the extended warranty, and then we’ll come fix the **** equipment we installed.” What you guys do should be criminal.

@iOne_bear @Xplornet This also help to upload them using my @Xplornet connection, since it tops out at like 2mbps. Instead of taking two days it takes four hours. They're such a great ISP, I don't know why I complain so much.

@Xplornet And in all that time he had as good internet service as I do today. Which is to say, he didn't have service at all for most of it, because it was non-existent. Just like mine is right now. Fix. Your. Network.

@Xplornet I had a similar view here the other night. Tool some wonderful photos even. But then I couldn't share them with the world because you guys are my ISP and my connection wasn't working. Would you kindly fix your network please?

@Xplornet @jsjlivestock Another fake apology from @Xplornet. Stop the LIES. Start being honest. Fix your issues, stop stealing from customers, and pray that Canadians forgive you for what you've done to them. #YourDaysAreNumbered

@chicken1969 @JustinTrudeau Check out Starlink. Amazing, and I replaced my terrible Xplornet service for the same $$$ per month.
