    @Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

  • LovelyLadyLinda Elle (@LovelyLadyLinda) reported

    @Xplornet Great to get notification that my Internet might be down for an entire day due to maintenance. Not so great when this maintenance doesn’t happen and gets pushed off to the following day. Two days out of work.

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

    @Xplornet Maybe you could find the time to fix the Thorpe tower? No signal at all for over FOUR weeks now and no updates or explanation from Xplornet. No response via email/Twitter/phone. Not acceptable.

  • NorthernTRIX NorthernTRIX (@NorthernTRIX) reported

    @nielsernest @Xplornet Check to see if your dish was grounded, I paid for installation and the technician never grounded my dish which led to 3 years + of crap service!

  • KenJKavanagh Kenneth J. Kavanagh (@KenJKavanagh) reported

    Day 11 & still no internet. The operative word in customer service is service; it's not a promise or logo or a survey. Its a deliverable & @Xplornet hasn't delivered. I'm now xploring 4 a new provider!

  • 2hounds Dane Caldwell (@2hounds) reported

    @Xplornet service has gone down near Centreton Ontario

  • legoshis_boxers erik | MMIW. BLM.  (@legoshis_boxers) reported

    @Xplornet But y'all won't stop overpricing yo crappy *** services.... gonna bring up indigenous people but you overcharging us for terrible services, sumn aint adding up, maybe dont use us for your own purposes to make it seem like you supprt your communities when you overcharging us

  • lakin013 Just Dee, but 3x Pfizerized (@lakin013) reported

    @Xplornet any idea why the internet keeps going out near Gwynne,AB? Service has sucked for years so we don't even bother with tech support anymore. We shouldn't have to reset our router multiple times per week. We've changed routers several times as well

  • blackdeath220 Pete Traina (@blackdeath220) reported

    @Xplornet is Caistor centre down?

  • LovelyLadyLinda Elle (@LovelyLadyLinda) reported
