They will ONLY assist you if you have access to a signal and you call them and wait an hour to get a rep. They are instructed to deliver nothing of value via email/DM- phone only

Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported@kristinaennis Just seeing this now; for some reason I had tweets from you muted! Starlink is now available. Not cheap, but excellent service. Just set it up at my cabin a couple weeks ago, way faster than xplornet or cell.

Marcie Callewaert John (@marcie_c_john) reported@Xplornet I was so glad when I moved to an area where we could also access Telus Smart Hub and xplornet wasn't the only option. Painfully slow and expensive for such tiny data packages.

He said when I expressed costs already personally incurred with frustration that if I was not going to be professional he would end the call.

Melissa (@MDClark4) reported@burnettisms Xplornet is the worst internet ever, the price they charge is NOT worth it. It is unstable and companies that allow remotely work do not recognize them as a good enough internet to work from home!
