@Xplornet Do you work at the pace of a garden slug working its way across a five acre garden? I suppose that's apt given how slow your network is. Don't want people getting used to the idea you can go faster.

  • WessiJmo Mr. Lee (@WessiJmo) reported

@elonmusk I recently bought a farm up in Golden Valley, (Northern)#Ontario #Canada and we have absolutely horrible internet from netspectrum and xplornet. I signed up online for Starlink and I’m patiently waiting for greatness! #OGZFarming @OGZFarming

  • ThirtyStone420 Hugh G Rekshun (@ThirtyStone420) reported

@billgatescooka @Xplornet Yeah. That’s what they do. Because they can, with those two little words “up to”. They don’t have to provide you with what you pay for, so long as your internet is “working” they don’t give a ****. I’ve been with xploitnet for 20 years bud. They’re the worst.

  • MrSeventy8 MrSeventy8 (@MrSeventy8) reported from North Stormont, Ontario

@Bell and @Xplornet were down for about 30 mins in Crysler, about 35 mins. south east of Ottawa.

  • INeededTheMoney Jesse Campbell (@INeededTheMoney) reported from Zorra, Ontario

@Xplornet Could you provide a decent service then? Literally the most expensive, slowest internet, since dial up!

  • SeanMor27198990 Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@SucksXplornet Xplornet isn’t a home 🏡 it’s a service and to treat it like 👍 a home 🏡 is a very selfish way to drive their own customers away

  • INeededTheMoney Jesse Campbell (@INeededTheMoney) reported from Zorra, Ontario

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Honestly the most expensive and the absolute worst

  • maggiecassella maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thx again. Just checked it out. And that's not what I'm looking for at all. This seems to me to be an unfair trade practice. Is there nowhere I can go with a complaint about signing up for a service the company seems to have no commitment to delivering?

  • daniel68leo Daniel68leo (@daniel68leo) reported

I just saw a post from @DLeBlancNB about bringing reliable rural internet. Unfortunately @Xplornet is NOT a provider of reliable service. I have business service and it is down every couple of days.

  • maggiecassella maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thanks you very much I will do that. But it's not just a quality of service issue. I was told that I am not guaranteed any speed at all. Which is tantamount to "we don't have to provide you any service". To my mind this is a completely different issue. Thoughts?
