Three and a half hours on the phone with @Xplornet including a call dropped by @bell_support after an hour on hold. Nothing solved. Too late to reach the service company today. I live in southern Ontario minutes from a town of 20,000. This is the digital divide.

@CableXJ @Xplornet Five years ago would have been the time. They've sowed so much anger and distrust that even if they fix their stuff, most customers will jump ship regardless.

@StarBuck_83 @SpaceX A friend that lives 8km south of me randomly tried and got in just now. I think I am *just* out of range to the north of their service area. I'm willing to put up with a downtime with this because I already have hours of downtime daily with Xplornet!

@OneMorePatch @mrdeclanregan Previously we had Xplornet with a 900ms latency at 10mbps with 100GB data cap then down to 1mbps. And a DSL that we were lucky to sustain 2mbps. Also, had an LTE hot spot that gave us 400 MB of data for $520 a month.

@KMal_T8N I feel your pain. I hate Xplornet and swore I'd never use their service again. So they acquired our WISP and service has been garbage since. I can't wait to give them the double middle fingers on my way out the door.

@Xplornet Well Xplornet today is a great day. Just got my invitation for the Starlink beta. Finally an end in site to your over priced shitty service.

@ztlaidlaw I am eventually going to upgrade my 1X to a Series X but I'll probably go for All Access in a few months from now. Unless, of course, Xplornet fixes their ****, then I'll just stick to Stadia.

@Xplornet like clockwork our ECI(hex) jumps from the correct panel to others on the tower that give below the acceptable CIN and SIN #'s. Now you want to charge to service it when it had never been fixed in 3 yrs of trying? Starlink can't get here soon enough. Sick of Xploitnet

@Xplornet, please explain how my download speed is 33kbps and my upload still 1.8mbps.. If my upload is capable of at least that, shouldn't the download as well? How's *that* work? Don't bother with an answer. You're plainly incompetent at running a network.
