@Xplornet If Rogers or any of the others go down, satellite internet does not. If you have it, consider keeping it as a back-up. Call customer service.

@jpmacnab @Rogers We were with Bell until we were two weeks without a phone due to line damage. We now have a smartphone with Telus, TV with Shaw, Internet with Xplornet, and are happy to diversify.

@aartipole Mom's internet is with Xplornet. It's been down 5 days now. Both of our cell phones are with Bell. Slow and glitchy, barely usable for 5 days as well. We won't get Rogers 5 day credit as we aren't their customer. No info from Xplornet or Bell about a credit or restoration time

@Xplornet Horrible company with Horrible service. Avoid if at all possible.

@CBCNB I looked at Xplornet two years ago for cottage - it was $120 for 100GB of data - which is about about 10 Netflix movies a month. Thereafter there are overage charges and they wind down your speed to 2.5mbps (your better off hotspotting from your phone).

@Xplornet No they aren't. @Xplornet is the WORST Internet Service Provider #Deplorenet

@Xplornet Internet service is down at Harris, Saskatchewan. Is this a tower problem?

This will be the 3rd time that our phone service from @xplornet has been discovered not working after someone tried to call us and then afterwards let us know. That is besides the rain-fade Internet and garbled voice messages. #poorservice
