@Xplornet I called in twice yesterday, the first lady told me that you did not have service in Clandeboye, MB. The second lady told me you had service but were not accepting new customers in the area.

meantime I am having drinks with my neighbour, both of us 2 wks past the 2nd dose and I ask him about his connection. He is an @Xplornet customer. He's had problems all week and he was told by CSR that there were problems with @Xplornet equipment at Wellington water tower. /6

Sorry, #TwitterFamily, I'm still having huge issues with my internet...it's there and then it's gone... 😟 They sent out a service guy again today, but he couldn't do anything. Now they're telling me it will be sometime next week before they can try to fix it. @xplornet

So, I now have a service agreement I was never aware of, and 2 different responses from @Xplornet CSRs about the problem that is giving me download speeds of less than 1 Mbps and it's apparently been going on for a week. Stay tuned. I look forward to speaking with the /7

@Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.
