Xplornet is a huge piece of **** internet company. We dealt with them in satellite and they buy out Netset and everything went to ****. Pallister wants people to stay home. Well provide people with internet companies. Xplornet definitely know how screw something that was good.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet xplornet marketing, working hard to dump as much links into it's twitter to bury old customer complaints. Otherwise known as "spamming".

  • JessicaHolmes03 Jessica Holmes (@JessicaHolmes03) reported

@Xplornet I have been reduced to privately Facebook messaging the local tech. This is beyond unexceptable, you service a large portion of the province (and country) you cannot just say “too bad so sad.” You need to have techs available on the weekend.

  • cody_bowie Cody Bowie (@cody_bowie) reported

@Xplornet anyone else experiencing issues around Huxley Alberta? Havent been able to connect since yesterday morning

  • re_carter Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported

@Xplornet It’s ok I don’t need my internet that has not been working for 2 days, nor do I need the call back that I have been waiting for. This is terrible service can’t wait for @SpaceXStarlink to become available in Canada... it will literally shut this service down.

  • JamesWh52280846 James White (@JamesWh52280846) reported

@Xplornet Since you are delivering a steady 30.9 KB/s I suppose I should cancel all of my streaming subscriptions, and dust off my old 28.8 baud dial-up modem b/c I sure as hell can't watch anything. You should be ashamed of the "service" you "provide".

  • joepdore joe (@joepdore) reported

@Lips88 @SucksXplornet Same. 2 outages in 2 years with Silo (routing glitch and a lightning strike). Now at 15 outages since August with @Xplornet Sending this tweet on Koodo LTE because Xplornet is still down (going on 14 hours now)

  • dscseedguy Sean Dunnett (@dscseedguy) reported

@Xplornet into a 15+hr outage of the former Silo network again. Just the type of service we've come to expect from this company. #fail
