@Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

Again @Xplornet speeds are so god awful that I can't do my work from home. Thanks xplornet for providing such a garbage service to rural residence for insane high prices. Glad that Bell and Starlink will put you out of business soon enough much deserved for how you treat people

@Xplornet is so bad, i had to purchase extra data on my phone last month because I can't even use my dogshit xplornet internet. Imagine ripping customers off that badly, i don't even get 1 mb/s half the time.

Just had my first real outage with @SpaceX Starlink. Lasted about a half hour, maybe 45 minutes. My account portal had a banner that told me about it AND gave an ETA for a return of service. Two things I've never seen that pathetic excuse for an ISP @Xplornet ever do.

@Xplornet Our download speed is 2mbps.... right since the day it was installed... the installer said that we have a strong signal... you want your service payment for the upcoming month... fix our ******* internet.... NOW!!
