@Xplornet do better, if the pushy Westman internet salesman is going to guilt me for using an American company, atleast make sure the service is functioning.

  • cpwcsk Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported

@Kotyjo Starlink is life changing. Updates don't take 2 days and destroy your data cap. Xplornet is one of the worst providers out there.

  • RobM1962 🇨🇦 Grinch🎄 (@RobM1962) reported

@CBCNB Xplornet has had years to upgrade their service. I live in southern NB and we were promised better service many years ago. When I got Starlink and cancelled my Xplornet they didn't even want their equipment back it was so outdated. Just like our government.

@Xplornet Any plans on upgrading services in prairie provinces? Speeds are painfully slow at peak times

  • RektifyCrypto Rektify (@RektifyCrypto) reported

@dat3010 @thunderf00t Yes, Xplornet is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Additionally I had to run a VPN to avoid their periodic disconnections for using a streaming service like netflix or youtube. I am beyond thankful for Starlink, even if Elon is a snake oil salesman.

  • BenHelleman Ben Helleman (@BenHelleman) reported

@Xplornet Unfortunately my 50/10 service gives me 10/1 after service was done on the network lol. Hope you can fix it, because I sure don't feel like paying for it.

  • nielsernest Ernest (@nielsernest) reported

@Xplornet has such bad service that almost every evening the internet stops working completely. #xplornet

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet @lammy9661 You seem to love to review accounts. My service has been out - completely - for over 4 weeks now and I can't get any updates other than the same "we are investigating" that I heard day one.

  • MaureenParent7 Maureen Parent (@MaureenParent7) reported

@sharonhoyes @Xplornet I was told by a third party installer that I will never receive the 50 mbps that I am paying for so I should drop it down to 25 mbps. On the upside we got our new router and installed it last night. Hopefully they helps. :)

We have to invest in an unlimited mobile hotspot for now while we wait for our Starlink satellite service for later this year. I have tried execulink, vmedia, kwic, storm, xplornet, kos, Rogers, Bell, Teksavvy, Cogeco.
