@Xplornet I'm a Frustrated customer! My internet in eastern Ontario has been either extremely slow like Dial-up or nothing at all! This has been going on since June 10th! With multiple calls and still hasn't been resolved!! I have to use my data on my phone to do schoolwork!😡😡

  • _chark2020_ Chark (@_chark2020_) reported

@Xplornet Sssssssllllllloooooowwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeesssssstttttttttttt service ever. Worse than dial-up. And don't @ me to call your tech help. You need more cables, or towers, or whatever. Your issues are not user errors. Nice try though.

@Xplornet You have no service options to better meet our needs. You tell us you do but then 6months later back to square one. I'm done! Especially when the person on the other end yesterday (after 1.5hrs) tells us it's YOUR modem that failed and we have to pay to fix it!?

@Xplornet When is this coming to the Kingsclear tower? The slow rollout and Xplornet degrading my plan has me eyeballing Starlink. Please speed up your rollout and let us know your plans. If Starlink is aiming for 300 mbps download, what are your plans?
