@lovestormsMB @Xplornet I don’t know. From what I’ve seen starlink hasn’t been having issues with cold weather.

  • LOLZRgg LOLZR (@LOLZRgg) reported

@Xplornet any issues in Southern MB? Can’t get anything tonight with otherwise perfect service for ~2 years.

  • LynnFncold Lynn (@LynnFncold) reported

@Xplornet Maybe your company should use equipment that can handle cold below minus 36 windchill! Never had this problem until our equipment “upgrade” after you took over Inet in Manitoba. 😡

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet Why not just save money on building the towers? You know you're still going to provide shitty service, why spend the money too?

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@stevenchasehess @Xplornet I've been waiting FOURTEEN DAYS for them to call me to resolve my issue...Don't hold your breath.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@stevenchasehess @Xplornet I'm waiting 24 days now for them to call me about my service issues...TWENTY FOUR DAYS...don't expect a resolution any time soon.

  • AtTheDogPatch Internet Needed (Please Help) (@AtTheDogPatch) reported

Cost per megabit down. @SpaceXStarlink vs @Xplornet If I get a max speed of 80Mbps with Starlink, I will pay 1.62 for every 1Mbps. I currently get an average of 4-5Mbps. That means an average cost of 22.25 for every Mbps down. How the hell can anyone say Starlink is expensive?

  • Upbeat2k upbeat❄️ (@Upbeat2k) reported

@Xplornet Internet is literally unusable, support tells me that I have to wait 10 business days for the chance of having somebody come to our house and try and fix it. Worst company ever.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Travis3Eilers @Xplornet "We're very sorry to hear you complain about the terrible service we provide, please let us review how we're screwing you and we'll get back to you on DM where noone can see how bad it really is." -@Xplornet

  • luvlambs Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reported

Yikers!! Xplornet thinks the service I get is worth $112.99 a month. Not even close!
