@Xplornet My experience with you has been nothing but a disappointment. Congrats on the roll out of the 50 mbps service, now you might want to train your staff! 3 separate phone calls and 3 different answers on if the service is available to me. Sound acceptable to you?

I find it funny that 99% of @Xplornet's replies to things start with "Hi there, we're sorry that ...." Actually probably closer to 99.9% Better uptime than their service, that's for sure.

@WeatherLandG @Xplornetsuppor1 Can’t even fathom not having throttled internet... like clockwork, between the hours of 1600 and 2100 internet speeds run at a snails pace with @Xplornet .... the inevitable result of poor coverage and over-subscription....

  • willoagr Dave Elliott CCA On (@willoagr) reported

@lammy9661 @Xplornet @TELUSsupport Yes Kevin ours is not working either. If other businesses offered service like internet companies offer service to rural customers they would be run out of town

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet I feel especially bad for you since Silo (by all accounts) was decent, and overnight it went to ****. I moved from the city where I had 175mbps fibre. Knew what I was getting in to. Knew it would be bad. Was fully prepared for it... It sucks, but at least I planned for it.

  • RealJustice66 RealJustice66 (@RealJustice66) reported

@Xplornet seriously??? Who was the man in charge that scheduled a 12 hour maintenance on a Friday? Online school, work... seriously! Worst internet provider ever!!!!

  • timlucier Tim Lucier ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@timlucier) reported

Like clockwork- the stay at home order began and my internet got shitty. Man, sharing a giant satellite dish in space sucks. @Xplornet

  • Katy_marsh86 Katy Marsh (@Katy_marsh86) reported

@Xplornet Book your upgrades during off-peak hours. Jesus Christ, you literally picked the WORST time to do it. My internet was out for two hours in the middle of my (and everyone else's) work day. It looks like it'll take new government regulation for you to get some common sense.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@XplornetES #FunFactFriday - In a unique marketing ploy, @Xplornet advertised a service for unlimited high speed rural internet promising things they knew they couldn't deliver! Each user was given only a fraction of what was promised, with some unable to even work from home. #MarketingFails

  • lammy9661 Kevin Lamacraft (@lammy9661) reported

Anyone else have issues with @Xplornet this evening... let me guess, the weather is causing issues... we can control the Mars rover from earth yet we can’t provide reliable Internet to rural customers?? Great opportunity for @TELUSsupport to step up and fill the void...tiring😡
